Chelsea Ryckis President Ethos Benefits Chelsea Ryckis is president of Ethos Benefits and leads a firm dedicated to advancing fiduciary-driven health insurance strategies for employers nationwide. Originally from Canada, Chelsea played NCAA DI college softball at Stetson University in Florida, where she had her first interaction with the American health care system; she sustained a brain injury that would stop her from attending medical school. This empowered her to become one of the youngest voluntary benefit agency owners in the country at 25 years old. After meeting her business partner (and now husband), Chelsea quickly transitioned to consulting on mid-market employer health insurance programs where the need for innovation and improvement is dire.
